The Burnaby Teachers' Association Collective Agreement contains language that has been agreed to both locally and provincially. Provincially negotiated language is identified in the Collective Agreement by the acronym PCA. View the Collective Agreement.

The Burnaby Teachers' Association works closely with the BC Teachers' Federation (BCTF). BCTF was established in 1917, and is the union of professionals representing 41,000 public school teachers in the province of British Columbia.
