continuing committees

Continuing Committees do not have chairpersons who sit as members of the Executive Council. Members are elected by the Representative Assembly.

They include:

• Born to Read
• Constitution, Bylaws, Policies and Procedures
• Finance
• Flexible Staffing (activated when necessary)
• Joint Professional Growth Program
• Resolutions (BCTF Annual General Meeting)
• Salary Continuance Plan
• Scholarship
